These Terms apply to all purchases and use of nexbuz.digital, operated by Nexbuz, 131 C.R. Das Avenue, DGP-4 (“Nexbuz”, “we”). By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide monthly social media management plans, on-location BTS and content shoots, video editing, and one-time design packages (for example logo design, brand identity, websites and 3D). Each plan or package page lists what is included and the price; one-time packages also list the number of revision rounds and the expected delivery time. Shoots are quoted separately before they are booked.
2. Orders and pricing
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. If GST applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline an order and refund in full if we cannot deliver it.
- Offers and discount codes are valid only for the period and packages stated, and cannot be combined unless stated.
3. Your brief and materials
Delivery timelines start once we receive a complete brief and all materials (photos, text, logos). You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds stated on its page. A revision is a set of changes to the agreed concept. A new direction or new deliverables count as additional work and may be quoted separately.
5. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables and their source files, and may use them for any lawful purpose. Fonts, stock images or third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the work in our portfolio after it is public.
6. Client portal and communication
We share drafts and files through our client portal, email and WhatsApp. Please review and reply promptly; if we do not hear from you for 30 days after delivering a draft, we may treat the project as complete.

8. Liability
We work with care, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as sales or followers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
