How you receive your work
Drafts and final files are delivered in your client portal and by email, with updates on WhatsApp. Large files are shared as secure download links.
Delivery time
Each package page shows the expected delivery time in working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). The clock starts when we have your payment and a complete brief. Time you take to review drafts is not counted.
Delays
If we expect to miss a delivery date we will tell you in advance with a new date. If we miss it by more than 7 working days without your agreement, you may cancel and receive a refund for work not yet delivered.
